My dad was asking for help on what soil to use and plant food. One worker called another worker to help and she was nice. Then I asked where certain plants were and the staff did not help find things and just told us to look for the scientific name of the plant outside and it is organized in alphabetical order. The customer service was not good and the staff were not helpful or friendly.

There is a large selection. I'd say, unless you're a regular, the place can be quite confusing. We stumbled around just browsing for some unusual plants to add to our collection. Luckily during checkout a woman asked if we seen the pitcher plants they had. We didn't see them, I purchased one, wish I'd had rescued the other. But, I did manage to walk away with a beautiful hanging pot pither plant and a small, recovering, potted pitcher plant that was dried out to near death. Overall, the staff seemed very knowledgeable.

Just ordered some Honeyberry plants. The Boreal Blizzard and Honeybee plants the lady on the phone was so helpful and knew what I was wanting and the whole process was so easy. Jung was the only Center that had the inventory and the price was unbelievable. I have definitely found a new place to order all my plants and bushes from this day forward. Thanks once again.

Love Jung Garden Center and their amazing plant selection! Yesterday, I found the most beautiful Peperomia Piccolo Banda and was so excited to bring it home! However, I have to mention that at checkout, she put the peperomia, along with the two other small succulents I purchased, in a paper bag, crumpled it down and stapled it shut to "keep them happy on the ride home." I may have cringed a little bit watching her bag the plants up like that, but I thought surely she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. By the time I got home, the beautiful flower spikes that had attracted me to the peperomia to begin with had snapped off from being crumpled into the top of the bag. I'm sure it was well-intentioned, and I am hopeful the peperomia will recover, but it would be really helpful to train staff on proper plant handling at checkout! A little plant-aware packaging goes a long way. 🌿😏

Got these for Mothers Day from my daughter! I picked them out and get so many compliments. Almost Oct. 1 and beautiful! Will definitely be back! Thanks !
